Observation

Item on built in book shelf was observed to be heavy and not secure. Licensor suggested putting a strip of sanded and stained wood across the shelf to secure items on the shelves that are high up or to place items in baskets and secure the baskets with Earthquake Putty. Outlets in restroom and in the kitchen were observed to not be both GFCI and Tamper Resistant (have to have the TR stamp). There is one outlet the licensor observed to not have TR stamp on it. It had a sliding mechanism. All outlets that are within feet of water in the restroom and kitchen have to be either GFCI and Tamper Resistant or covered with a Blank Outlet Faceplate (Blank Wall Plate) to not be used.
